At Flow Designs Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
